As the founder of FitOBox, his goal is to help you enjoy sports and exercise again, achieving lasting results without injuries. Riccardo Scheerlinck

Personal trainer

Riccardo has been passionate about martial arts and fitness all his life. He started with defense sports but was looking for a big "kick" so he started kickboxing. He has been doing this for about 10 years now. He is passionate about fitness and building a healthy lifestyle. That is why he graduated as an international personal trainer in 2024. Diego Van Looy

Performance coach

Diego, a former professional athlete and world champion in triathlon, had an eight-year professional sports career and has undergone various sports coaching trainings.

Diego has expertise in conducting lactate tests for athletics clubs and cyclists, teaches crawl swimming techniques, and is knowledgeable about running techniques. 

He can accurately assess athletes' starting levels, manage injuries, and provides core and strength training to motivated athletes.

Yoga Instructor

Yoga gave me the awareness I needed and, after the rat race became chronic for me as well, my body began to heal on the mat. I am a Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher and continue to continually deepen myself in knowledge, as well as practice. In group sessions, I teach general breathing techniques, postures and meditation, which you can implement in daily life for inner peace. In an individual session, I listen to your specific needs and work specifically with the above techniques, for your unique blueprint of wellness.
